Tabletop Work

I have been designing board games and content for tabletop games for nearly a decade. Here are some of my best works.

Dungeons & Dragons

I have been a lifelong fan of Dungeons & Dragons and have engaged in the hobby for over a decade. I have been a forever GM every sense Middle School and started writing my own homebrew a few years after that. I’ve put together some of my best homebrew Dungeons & Dragons 5e designs over the last few years.

Classes

I have designed 4 full classes for Dungeons & Dragons 5th edition, the Strategist, the Incarnate, the Mountie, and the Usaliti. The Strategist and the Incarnate were both designed as part of my work for Griot Forge, a independent design team working on making a homebrew supplement for D&D 5e. The Usaliti is a complete rework of 2014 Rogue class as part of early design work done for Zairoo: The Pan-African Role Playing Game. The Mountie was my first attempt at a homebrew class and was designed independently. All of the buttons below lead to full PDFs for the class.

Subclasses

I have designed 30+ subclasses for D&D 5e. A majority of these subclasses were a part of my personal design project to create 3 subclasses for every region in the fantasy world of Runeterra. This project taught me how to maker subclasses for every class in the game and gave me my experience as a designer for TTRPGs. The other subclasses I’ve made are for my own classes listed above, and were designed and structured uniquely to each class. The buttons below will take you to a few of my subclasses with 2014 & 2024 version as well some subclasses for my own classes featured above.

Original Systems

I have designed a few original systems, including a work in progress TTRPG system for reactive combat instead of the traditional turn based system. My first attempt at realizing this system is my game Democracy Vs Bugs, a print-and-play wargame themed around a Helldivers style gameplay. I’ve also made a board game with a small design group called La Llorona, which is co-op horror themed board game around the folk legend of La Llorona.

Democracy Vs Bugs

Democracy Vs Bugs is a print-and-play skirmish war game that I designed with my own reaction combat system. The game is heavily inspired by the world of Helldivers and revolves around the idea that your character is an expendable soldier. The game was designed as part of a TTRPG class and is my first attempt at making this reaction system work. I intend on revisiting this project again in the future to make a GM-less version of the game to easily play with friends.

Board Games

La Llorona

La Llorona was a game I designed as part of a small group in a playtesting class. The game is a co-op horror themed board game where you explore a river delta haunted by the spirit of La Llorona. I was one of the main designers for the game as well as the one who designed the board. The final rules and format were done by other designers in my group, and the game is most likely a few versions out from final completion.
