This website is a page dedicated to showcasing my journey as a game designer.

My name is Rowan Blair (he/they) and I am a Game Designer from Rhode Island who is a(-bout to) graduate from DePaul University with a BS in Game Design in 2026. I have been designing games and homebrew content for nearly a decade, with a focus on Dungeons & Dragons 5e. My focus as a designer is creating memorable gameplay experiences for my players. I’ve grown up playing hero shooters, RPGs, and roguelikes and have always been obsessed with how these games create engaging and varied gameplay loops out of single class/character.

I currently work as a Game Designer for two groups. Griot Forge is a small indie team trying to release a large supplement for Dungeons & Dragons 5e (2024). DIGI Lab is a university based design team that works with clients to release fun and educational games.

In my time off, I enjoy hosting diner parties, playing the One Piece TCG at my local card store, and spending time with my cats.
